Breathe Massage Medicinal Balm is in my home medicine chest, in place of Vick's Vapo Rub. I make it with organic plant oils and herbal infusions, which are potent topical nutritive compounds.

Ingredients: 100% organic Virgin Olive Oil, 100% organic Raw Unrefined Coconut Oil, 100% organic New Zealand or German pesticide-free wildcrafted beeswax and honey cappings infused with eucalyptus, basil, fir needle, peppermint, bay laurel (leaves, bark, needles) sweet orange (rind)

How it works: This balm contains a family of plant oils that work better in synergy than on their own. Each one, individually, may be described as both warming and cooling (except the orange).
When this happens, meaning an apparent contradiction of attributes is described, it is understood that the warmth provided is the primary effect, that it is essential to move the cold lymphatic fluids as well as to liquefy any mucus accumulations.
The cooling attribute is secondary in relationship to the heating actions and brings a refreshing space for the breathing to take place within.

Body Therapists: Keep a jar of this handy in your treatment room. You might apply it directly to the chest in instances of congestion, and, it also works well on reflexology points for the respiratory channels. Safe for children, pregnancy and the elderly.

Here is how I suggest the Breathe Massage Medicinal Balm be used at home:

1.  Saturate a cotton ball with Breathe Balm and toss into your humidifier or pan of warm water to diffuse.
2. To open breathing pathways, put a small amount under the nostrils.
3. Make a breathing sauna. Here's how:
    A. Rub some Breathe Massage Medicinal Balm  over entire chest, including the throat area.
    B. Cover with several layers of wet hot (not too hot though) towels
    C. Cover with a folded dry towel, to keep the heat in.
    D. Remove when towels are cooling.
4. In foot reflexology or foot massage.
