Ingredients: 100% Organic dark sesame oil, 100% Organiccoconut oil, 100% Organic Beeswax triple infused with herbs: Amalaki, Asofoetida (Hing Resin), Bala Root, Bibitaka, Bilva, Calamus Root, Caraway Seed, Cardamom Seed, Labdanum, Cloves, Ginger Root, Haritaki, Jasmine absolute, Lavender, Licorice Root, Myrrh, Sariva, Rose Petals

How it works: This is in the family of herbal plant medicines called "nervines". A nervine is not a suppressant on the stimulus function of nerves. It is nutritive and stabilizing. There are no sedating side effects and there are no cross indications. This balm is safe for prenatal use in the 1st 2 trimesters. 3rd trimester caution due to lavender. Consult your midwife.

Here is how I suggest the Nerves Massage Medicinal Balm be used at home:

For general conditioning and strength:
1.  Generously. I use a little more of this balm in full body massage than the others, and I suggest home care embrace the abhyanga concept of regular oleation massage. Full body massage with herbal oils.
    Imagine the myelin sheath covering your nerves being made of essential fatty acids. (It is)
    Now, imagine that sheath being replenished by this oil balm. (It is)
2. Wear some old loose clothes and do 15 minutes of gentle stretching, gardening or walking.
3. Take either a hot shower or bath. Don't wash the balm off with soap. Towel dry.
4. Warm water. Drink a full glass now with lemon.
5. favor warm foods, root vegetables, healthy proteins over cold raw foods.
6. Repeat in 3 days.

For insomnia:
1. Put a little Nerves Massage Medicinal Balm on the neck, abdomen, wrists and temples at bedtime.
2. Repeat before bed each night until improvement
