F.A.Q.

Q. What are the requirements to open a wholesale account, or get discounts, from Solavedi Organics?

A. To qualify for a wholesale account or receive discounts with Solavedi,.certain conditions must be met:

...1. Distributor Account: Opening Order minimum is net *$499 for a one-time 50% discount (ie: you will pay $250 to open a wholesale acct.) Effective 1/1/2012 each subsequent order must meet a $199 net*minimum and will receive 40% discount. This applies to pre-existing accounts as well as new accounts.

.......You must sell from a qualified retail space and have regular business hours, and your shop may not be part of your residence. Your retail space may be part of or affiliated with:a licensed professional healthcare practice, qualified day spa, yoga studio, complentary medical office, ayurveda center, natural foods store.

....... Your retail prices for Solavedi products will remain consistent with Solavedi's retail prices, and will not undersell Solavedi

2. Consignment Account: Your business may also sell from a qualified retail space and have regular business hours, your shop may not be part of your residence, but your budget may be smaller. Or, your business may operate only a website store through which you may list Solavedi Products for sale at retail. In these instances, a Consignment Account may be for you. Consigned items generate 25% margin to seller, and may be inventoried onsite or drop-shipped, TBD by mutual agreement. Your retail prices for Solavedi products will remain consistent with Solavedi's retail prices, and will not undersell Solavedi

3. Volume Discount on Small Orders
15% off may be taken off per dozen of any single item

4. Professional Sizes-Back Bar Prices

Q. How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

A. It depends on the volume of your order and whether or not this is a custom** order. Although we maintain ample inventory in our retail store, due to the freshness of our ingredients and our commitment to purity, we do not keep overstock sitting on our shelves. Therefore your wholesale order is produced and filled only after it is received. Your order freshness is always our priority. Please allow time for us to produce your entire order;and only request partial shipments in urgent situations.

This being said, we operate full time 7 days per week to keep Solavedi products available to you. The good news is that most wholesale orders will be ready to be shipped within 2-5 business days. If you require faster delivery, please let us know when ordering. We will always strive to meet your needs.

SAMPLES
For a $10 upfront fee (credited to subsequent order placed within 30 days) you can try 6 samples We will include FREE samples of our body butter, facial skin care and massage oil with your order if the request is made at the time the order is placed.

NOTE: Sample requests are filled on an "as available" basis and are not a guarantee of receipt. We strive to keep stock on our shelves for samples but from time to time we run out. We will do our best to get the samples you have requested. (Bags of 12 @ .5 ounce TRIAL SIZE TESTERS (12 of the same product) are available for $24 or individually for $2.50 each)

WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY AGREEMENT:
All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason. We want to guarantee our product quality to all of our customers, therefore a return is not acceptable.Testing is the only way for you to determine which products are suitable for your needs.

ANIMAL TESTING + SUSTAINABILITY PLEDGE
We never test our products on animals, nor do we support suppliers who do. We purchase our ingredients from local growers and distributors whenever possible, and, when not possible, we select only the most reputable organic and conscious purveyors.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
All damaged & missing item claims must be made within 2 business days of receipt of package.If we are able to file the claim for you we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents. Damages are rare yet they do happen.

Notification of damaged or missing items after 2 days will require you to file a claim with the carrier yourself, on your own behalf. We will provide all tracking numbers, receipts and shipping information for you to complete the claim paperwork. We can not be responsible for missing item claims if you fail to contact us in a timely manner. Please check your package and contents carefully, marking the packing slip as each item is unpacked.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel the order after the order has begun processing then a $35 cancellation fee will apply.

DISCLAIMER
SOLAVEDI LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which customers or potential customers may purchase its products at wholesale prices, and what selection or combination of products, if any, are available to each approved customer.
SOLAVEDI LLC also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to sell to any person or party, to refuse to sell to any person or party, or to cease selling to any person or party.
SOLAVEDI LLC reserves the right to revise the prices of its products without notice, and any orders submitted after such revisions will be governed by the revised terms, prices and conditions.
