REGISTRATION + CANCELLATION
Policies and Guidelines
I. REGISTRATION POLICIES CEU Classes with fewer than 5 confirmed students 7 days prior to the class date may be postponed. See our cancellation/refund policy below.
II. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOR CEU Classes
If you are unable to prepay the tution in full, 50% deposit payable to SOLAVEDI will secure your spot in class.
Any balance is due 3 days before the class date
You can pay with your VISA/MC over the phone. Call 860 395 0282. PLEASE be assured that this is a secure and private voice mailbox. Please leave your name, address, name and date of class you are registering for, credit card number and expiration date, with your telephone number on the v/m. We will give you a confirmation call within 24 hours, as well as mail you a receipt and confirmation packet. Workshops fill quickly and we cannot hold a space without a deposit.
PLEASE NOTE : no TUITION payments will be transacted in class. Due to time constraints I am not able to collect checks, credit cards or cash from you on the day of your workshop. I appreciate your consideration in allowing me to plan for your attendance by pre-paying with your registration. Payments not received 3 days before class date may cause your space to be forfeited to wait listed students, unless arrangements are made in advance.
III. TUITION REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES
A. CANCELLATION WITH MORE THAN 7 DAYS' NOTICE GIVEN :
in this case your deposit may be either
transferred as a full credit toward another class within 12 months
OR refunded in full
B. CANCELLATION WITH FEWER THAN 7 DAYS' NOTICE: for any reason:
in this case 50% of the deposit or tuition that has been paid will be forfeited. The remaining 50% of the deposit or tuition you paid may be transferred as credit toward another class within 12 months
OR refunded in full
IV. CANCELLATION BY SOLAVEDI
In the event that your class is not held due to low enrollment or other decision made by SOLAVEDI your deposit will be either:refunded in full by check to you OR transferred as a credit toward another class within 12 months
