Products are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit if you have had an adverse skin reaction within 30 days, and as long as there remains 80% of the product in the original packaging. Product returns are carefully inspected prior to becoming approved for refund.
In other words, if you are not completely satisfied with a Solavedi Organics product, we’re happy to go over your concerns and see what the best way to get the most out of your purchase might be. And, if we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return, credit, refund or exchange of the item.

BROKEN + DAMAGED ITEM CLAIMS
Once your order arrives, please examine it right away for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize!
Please contact us within 7 days. Take pictures of the damage, including damage to the box and cosmetic containers.
Our 7 day damage claim limit is firm, so please be sure to open and inspect everything right away.
CANCELED OR REFUSED ORDERS
Online orders may not be canceled once the order fulfillment process has begun (which is immediately upon the placement of the order.
If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed.
The fee is $35.00 for domestic orders and $50.00 for international orders.
Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
