For people who are looking to avoid nuts and who are avoiding topical products that contain the oils of nuts there are actually 3 categories to consider.

1. No Tree Grown Nuts in this product
Tree grown nuts that produce oil include:
almonds, hazelnut, pecan, walnut, cashew, macadamia and others.

These are what commonly trigger an allergic response.

2. Topically Safe Tree Grown Fruits in this Product
Tree grown fruits that extrude oil but which are not actual nuts and are therefore very rarely histamine triggers, meaning, they are non allergenic

(they are only classified as a "nut" for cautionary purposes)
Example: Olive, Avocado, Coconut

3. Generally Topically Safe Legumes and Seeds That Produce Oils in this Product: Sesame
Legumes and seeds which produce oils are usually not (almost never) a primary allergen.
They contain high amounts of essential fatty acids rather than proteins.

In some cases, however, a person may be sensitive to even these oils due to prolonged sensitivity and exposure/irritation to another trigger source.
