Use after being on your feet for hours
Post Athletic Event
In Foot Reflexology and Foot Massage Sessions.
May be combined with moist heat for optimal results.
Massage Balm is actually more economical than massage oil or lotion:
1. Unlike Oil, solid herbal oil balm is dripless, so the product remains exactly where it is applied
2. Thicker viscosity and tackier glide encourages slower, deeper tissue hand skills
3. You’ll use far less balm per massage than regular oil
(generally, we find that 1 oz is sufficient for 1 full body massage.)
4. Always the best choice for use with heated adjuncts such as steamy towels
