Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or store credit for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. Products are eligible for a refund if you decide you don't want the item, it didn't meet your expectations or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.In other words, if you are not completely satisfied with a Solavedi Organics product for any reason, we’re happy to go over your concerns and chat about the best way to get the most out of your purchase. And, if we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return, credit, refund or exchange of the item.
BROKEN + DAMAGED ITEM CLAIMS
Once your order arrives, please examine it right away for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 7 days. Take pictures of the damage, including damage to the box and cosmetic containers. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier until notified to discard them. Our 7 day damage claim limit is firm, so please be sure to open and inspect everything right away.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND + CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS
1. All product returns/exchanges not due to damage or error need to be made within 30 days of purchase.
Products that have expired are only eligible for refund or replacement if the expiration date is past or has fewer than 90 days' shelf life remaining upon receipt in your hands.
2. You’ll need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be accepted.
To get an RMA please contact us via email: email@example.com or by phone: 203 453 1445 Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST
with the following information: first name, last name, web order number or sales order number, product to be returned and reason for return. (Any returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.)3. Include the RMA#, copy of the sales order in the package.

Returns received later than 3 weeks from receipt of your RMA# will be null + void.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
All return products are subject to inspection. Product may not have been altered and container must contain over 80% of original product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
"Samples" or "Trial Sizes" are not refundable, exchangeable nor returnable.
International sales are final and are not returnable or refundable outside of the U.S.
We will accept returns/exchanges on three individual items in any 365-day period per customer, maximum.
After this limit has been reached, you must wait until another 365-day period has passed before requesting an RMA#.
When you return a product for a refund, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method.
If you prefer a credit card refund please provide your Credit Card number, expiration date and security code or we are happy to call you when we receive your return to collect that information
If you select to receive store credit, that credit will be held for 1 year. If unused credit is not applied towards another purchase within 365 days, it will roll over for 1 additional annual period. After 2 years, unused credit may be forfeited.
RETURNS ON Product purchased from a SOLAVEDI ORGANICS Authorized Retailer:
If you have purchased the product from a store, salon, spa or web site that retails SOLAVEDI ORGANICS Products we encourage you to contact that retailer directly to process your return.
If you are unable to return the product to the location of the original purchase then you may be able to return the products to

after following all steps outlined within this agreement.
We will accept return on product(s) that were purchased at an authorized SOLAVEDI ORGANICS Authorized Retailer* within the last 30 days. Credit or refund amount for products returned will not exceed the Suggested Retail Price set by Solavedi Organics Skin Care.
Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement.
We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
If an order is cancelled after it has begun the fulfillment process, it will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee
International orders cannot be canceled. Refused international orders will be assessed the full shipping costs and a $30 handling fee.
REFUSED/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGESIf your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $15.00 for domestic orders and $30.00 for international orders.
