Polarity Champissage is a hands-on energy healing treatment informed and inspired through the lens of Ayurvedic Rejuvenation + Bliss Therapies

Polarity Champissage is meditative and restorative, in ways similar to Shirodhara and Yoga Nidra.

Polarity Champissage embodies Patanjali's Sutra 2:

In Polarity Champissage your recipient will enter into softened stillness, enabling re-regulation of the nervous system.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Time: 10 - 12 pm / 1- 3 pm / 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
(6 classroom hours daily)

Day 1 will cover the opening polarity sequence done along the spine, plus the application of the steam compress.
After our lunch and shorter afternoon break, the early evening session will introduce the head marmas.
This day is 90% hands-on. You will give and receive twice.

Day 2 will continue the head, neck, facial sequences
After our lunch and shorter afternoon break, the early evening session will introduce the hand and foot marmas
This day is 90% hands-on. You will give and receive twice.

Day 3 morning will practice the hand + feet sequences, which are fairly brief
After lunch each pair of students will have the time to perform a full Polarity Champissage.
