• RELAXATION (SWEDISH) MASSAGE supports central nervous system relaxation, resulting in a more peaceful, calm mind. It also activates increased circulation of blood and lymph, leading to greater energy and joy.
  

• DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE is best suited for chronic pains that are muscular, postural, or injury related in origin. This work can help your range of motion during the healing process by releasing muscle tension as well as adhesions in the muscles.
  

• HEALING STONE MASSAGE as developed by THE originator and author of Healing Stone Massage . Don’t expect superficial “spa-light” hot little stones gliding along your body.
  This massage starts with your entire body resting upon a bed of warmed stones, creating a local sauna.
  Then, more stones in a variety of temperatures ranging from warm, hot, cool cold and contrasting hot/cold plus herbalised balms are incorporated into a therapeutic massage. Supports detox, restoration and inner peace.

SHIRO ABHYANGA: HEAD + FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

This treatment clears and stabilises the ascending sensory tracts of an overstimulated nervous system.
Soothing to the neural relaxation system and softening for the heart center through energy points (Marmas) on the Hands, Feet and Head. Clients report this is way more relaxing than even a full body massage.

Abhyanga is a flowing energy balancing massage which incorporates warmed herbal oils chosen specifically to sequence a detoxification as well as a replenishing nourishment.
Added steam compresses and other adjuncts as appropriate for each individual are always incorporated. These may include kansa wands, dry brushing, silk gloves, salt scrub, frictioning and shila stones.
